The Alba Real Ale Festival 2017

The RTYC clubhouse viewed from the south

The Royal Tay Yacht Club is proud to host the sixth Alba Real Ale Festival. The event will take place from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August 2017. The festival will once again offer over forty different real ales, ciders and lagers produced by Scottish microbreweries from across the country.

The festival is gearing up to be a fantastic club event. The bands are booked, the ales are being tasted ready for selection and over 1500 visitors are expected to enjoy the festival. Many visitors have made this an annual event in their diary and last year Saturday was already sold out within two days of going on sale.

Local performers will provide music and entertainment to suit all tastes. Already the programme promises some fantastic local performers who will keep you on your feet over the entire weekend.

Sunday is specially focused towards families with children, and feature a huge bouncy castle, face painting and more with Little Piñata and Sparky the Magician. Entry is FREE for children under 18. Make sure you do not miss out. Come and enjoy a high quality experience within the grounds of the clubhouse with its panoramic views across the River Tay.
